As a Huntsville probate attorney, I help Alabama families, entrepreneurs, and professionals plan for the future and protect their family legacies.

No one is prepared to act as a decedent estate's personal representative or executor. High schools don’t teach students how to administer a trust for a loved one. And yet, the probate process is something most of us will have to go through at some point in life. And that’s where I come in to help.

We are here to prevent problems before they arise and advise families who have recently lost a loved one on how to handle the probate and trust administration process. We can plan for potential issues and help avoid them, no matter what happens.
